Help a Chicago refugee family get settled!

When refugees arrive in the United States, they have only what they can carry. We can help turn an empty apartment, which is provided for the family, into a warm and welcoming home for a refugee family. Exodus World Services helps parishes collect bedding, kitchen, and other household items for the arriving families.

This is where we can help… Proceed to Amazon to select an item(s) to purchase for an incoming family. Your purchased item(s) will be immediately delivered to a storage room at St. Vincent DePaul. Once all the items on the list are purchased, volunteers from St. Michael and our LPOT parishes (St. Teresa, St. Josaphat, St. Vincent, and ICSJ) will transport the procured items to an assigned apartment and prepare the new home for a soon-to-arrive refugee family.
